Can't believe this place is in business with how they operate. They expect you to work ridiculous hours, complained you haven't learned a certain skill (that is not related to your job) after being there a couple of weeks, while saying someone else couldn't do something (that was her job) becuase "she was new", but she had been there a year and a half. Time management from the employees sucked, people were rude as could be at times, and they expected everyone to scrub toilets and floors there. Low pay, NO benefits whatsoever (no vacation even offered for a year, what a joke!)... rules changed constantly with no notice, and they apparently thought you knew what they were thinking by telekinesis. I can't begin to tell you how many issues I saw in my time there....I got out and quick. I have an awesome job now and love it, but this place? Stay far far away. I could go on and on...

The owners of the location I worked at were new and terrible. My biggest complaint was that they lowered my commission rate for existing clients after firing an employee and requesting I take over her projects and accounts. This meant much more work and responsibility for les pay and less time to pursue my own (full commission) clients.
