no insurance, no communication between locations, vacations/days off are usually interrupted, your expected to be available even on vacation. was called in on multiple times absolutely no structure or training- US416, US784

Not really any. Maybe weekends off if that's your thing.

Cons

Pretty much everything, just don't do it. You can find better pay and treatment elsewhere (this is the Wilmington NC location but pay is standardized).
