People lose their temper easily Tight deadlines Not enough designers for the work or deadlines Not industry leading pay (a few instances people received no raise on their annual review, when asked for decent wages or wages you get ignored or laughed at) Sales representatives are all fun and friendly until they don’t get their way, then they storm throughout the building ruining everyone’s day
