Since each location is independently owned, they don't have any standards for the positions. - Compensation was bad - No benefits were offered

Micromanagement, leadership not trusting the people they hired because they make them do jobs they didn’t hire them to do. Receipt in salary potential and upward mobility. Forced to do 3 separate jobs (including bindery???) and not compensated anywhere near what’s asked. If you like to be gas lighted by your manager on a daily basis, this is the place for you
