It was a great place to wok at before the company changed ownership.

Cons

High staff turnover, ownership seems clueless to how to run and maintain a business, my work load was taking over my entire days (started working 8 hour days and eventually work 10+ hour days), if a machine broke down I was advised to fix it myself of having a professional come out instead, work environment is unpredictable and stressful, limited options for growth.
