Awesome atmosphere and great people. Fun jobs and creative challenges.

Cons

Small business so no benefits. It got really slow at times and not there wasn't much to do.

Pros

Constantly acquiring new equipment and learning new skills that are beneficial in helping grow the company. The company has other AlphaGraphics available to help you when you hit road blocks.

Cons

There is very little room for growth. Since each AG is locally owned, the benefits and insurance are not very good.

Pros

Great employer. Manager was relations oriented and treated employees fairly and with respect. Work environment was pleasant and friendly while very productive. Disclaimer: My last year was well before 2013, but that wasn't an option to select.

Cons

Sometimes the work was too much for just a couple of employees to finish and we'd get overwhelmed. But even then, the atmosphere was one of helpfulness and we'd finish on time. There aren't really any cons about my experience there.
