      Pros

      The work and customers are great to work with. Decent pay for the job. Small company which makes for greater flexibility.

      Cons

      Very negative attitudes towards employees. They do not trust their employees. The company is owned by family and they argue all the time. Problems and issues are handled with rude comments and condescending behavior. Management has a very bad temper and behaves unprofessionally. The company will stick up for clients over employees. There is no teamwork, employees are put in the position of working against each other rather than together.

      Pros

      You get to work with a lot of great companies in the area.

      Cons

      The review that someone else posted from 2013 about Alphagraphics in the Cultural District is pretty spot on. They took the words right out of my mouth. I wish I had read it prior to being hired. I probably would have looked for employment elsewhere.
