Pros

Tons of responsibility given to young employees to help them create a great career story at a young age. Brushing shoulders with all major financial services companies. Compensation is good, and work life balance is solid compared to other financial services companies. Culture is also excellent.

Cons

Work life balance could be better, but it is better than comparable industries. Work can be a grind and a bit repetitive, but if you stick it out there are great promotion opportunities.

- Amazing professional development and training resources - Autonomy over own work and book of business - Fast paced and dynamic culture - Great opportunities to develop valuable skills like account management, people management/training, and clients services super early-on

Cons

- Always "on" day-to-day -- with client services comes a schedule that's reactive to urgent client requests! - Manager bonus structure is an equation of team performance and account growth, super quantitative. Doesn't factor in qualitative factors or non-measurable responsibilities (Ex. interviewing, 360Feedback from reports, etc)
