1. Work with smart, hard working people 2. Company that supports you and your growth. AlphaSights is the only company I know of that gives alumni $$ to business school without requiring them to come back after. Because of this perk you become connected to alumni at every top business school who go on to do awesome things afterward 3. Exposure to a ton of different industries

Cons

Its hard work - this isn't a 9-5 and people who don't succeed often forget that client facing work is not just 9-5!

Pros

1- Clear path for growth: opportunity to become a manager after 2 years, and lead your own book of business with direct reports 2- International mobility opportunities: I worked in both Dubai and New York. Some of my colleagues also moved from Dubai to London, and others from New York to Hong Kong, giving people international exposure in a global business. 3- MBA Sponsorship: AlphaSights offers MBA Sponsorships for top MBA programs as exit opportunities for their client services teams. I am getting sponsored to go to INSEAD, and there’s no requirement to come back to the company after, which is unique to AlphaSights. Some of my close colleagues are also getting sponsored for top MBA programs like London Business School, Wharton, and Kellogg, which shows how committed AlphaSights is to supporting employees’ growth beyond their time at the company.

Cons

1- Demanding job. Long hours and need to be in the office 4 days a week. However, it can be rewarding given the uncapped bonus potential.
