      Pros

      When you are networking with someone at AlphaSights and you ask what they like about their job they will most likely always say "the people." They are not being cheesy or cliche. AlphaSights looks for a very specific type of person and that is what makes the culture so positive. Everyone is driven and believes in the work they are doing while maintaining an upbeat attitude.

      Great role to start your career

      Pros

      I worked at AlphaSights for 4 years and had the ability to work with so many driven, inspiring, & likeminded individuals. The company culture and friends I was able to make are unmatched and I learned and challenged myself so much throughout the Associate & Manager roles.

      Cons

      Since it is client service, there is a bit of after hours sign on, but the clients really appreciate all the work you do. Would not necessarily say this is a con, just the expectations of the role as a project lead.
