Really supportive environment, value personal and career growth here, fun culture and people to work with

Cons

Associate position becomes redundant after the first year, as company growth slows (as it always does naturally) there is less stability in performance pay and they haven't quite figured out how to handle this yet

- you meet a ton of people because there are 200+ interns - lots of free food

Cons

- the work is super mindless, just emailing and calling people all day - if you have a bad team its an awful experience - super young company so leadership is like 2 years older than you - basically everyone is actively recruiting for a new job
