Pros

Good Money if you are willing to sell your soul People are pretty nice.

Cons

Selling your soul, working 14 to 16 hours a day. Micro-managing managers. A very green company that has managers with no managerial experience.

- Work can be interesting - Young colleagues who are driven and engaged in cool things outside of work

Cons

- Most managers were promoted way too young, since AlphaSights only promotes from within, leading them to micromanage from a place of fear and insecurity - Management openly encourages you to lie (literally part of team training meetings) in order to recruit more experts
