      Pros

      Ability to make an impact on the growing company and firm environment. Opportunity to interface with various industries, clients, etc. Great office and strong team-oriented culture. Lots of young, motivated employees that fill an ambitious work environment. The job itself is qualitative and the analyst work will help develop some necessary skills for any individual. You will get to look across many industries and sectors, as well as contribute very transparently to the growth of the company's operations

      Pros

      really enjoyed my time at AS. sad i had to leave. amazing culture of fun, smart, outgoing people, usually interesting work, get to be at the forefront of investment news, cool office, very cool work/outside of work activities, business outlook is great, company growing extremely fast, hires from top universities, 15 days off + a number of holidays.

      Cons

      culture of long hours/work on weekends and holidays is ingrained. this is because AlphaSights is trying to disrupt the big player in the space (and doing a great job at it). they are o.k. with you having to take off last-minute for emergencies or for some errands. not amazing base pay, but not awful (with a good bonus, usually) and you get very cool perks.

      Pros

      Fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are given a lot of responsibility from the start--very hands on learning. Ability to work with clients within 6 months. A young and growing company. Great company culture and values.

      Cons

      Long hours but the work is very interesting so the day flies by!
