Inspiring people in a high-achieving environment

Pros

The people are amazing - all extremely high-calibre, and most are very nice. The environment is highly collaborative, and the company works to foster a sense of shared purpose. They've also made great steps towards breaking down cliques and enhancing the learning and growth experience for employees outside of the core role (though there's more work to do). The company genuinely cares that it's people experience growth during their time here.

Cons

They're definitely struggling with how they can still have fun on the scale that they used to while behaving less like a start-up and more like a professional services firm. There's still a struggle with work life balance, but there is work in the right direction here.
