      An ideal starting point for competitive and ambitious individuals

      Pros

      Ambitious, entrepreneurial and fast growing. There are strong rewards and decent progression for competitive individuals. An excellent introduction to consulting, information services and primary research for graduates and those at an early stage in their career.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is highly competitive, which results in a very individualistic way of working, with very little collaboration. All client facing roles are highly sales focused, which means that other skills are less appreciated. Ultimately, renumeration, recognition and progression are based on your individual sales numbers.

      Pros

      I was working as an Analyst intern at AlphaSights. It was an awesome experience to talk to experts across the field, learning new industries everyday. People were mostly young and chill. It was definitely the best experience in my uni life

      Cons

      Very fast paced. Requires high responsibility. Employee's education were not well managed. It is a place that you must be highly motivated.

      Pros

      Good office location currently based in bond street for London. Plans to move early next year, nothing has been confirmed where.

      Cons

      Management exaggerates skills and experience to create a barrier between them and subordinates. Work could flow better if everyone's skills were valued.
