Thank you for taking the time to review us. Some of our managers are new to the role, and they can only gain experience and skill if we invest in them. We have robust HR and PD processes that help them get up to speed quickly and course-correct when needed. It's also very important that all of our managers display high levels of empathy for their team members. Concerning the long hours, we are not the average 9-5 business. Like many professional services roles, this is a high-performance environment, and our hours mirror those of our high-calibre clients. Therefore, you will be required to work longer hours from time to time to meet our clients' needs. With that said, we offer a generous vacation package and encourage our employees to take time off so they can rest and recharge. Alongside this, our Employee Assistance Program gives employees access to confidential, short-term counselling and work/life services should they require additional support.
