      - Always busy with many distinctive and interesting projects to work on. - Multi-industry exposure very early on and great networking opportunity. - Work atmosphere (Hard working people with great sense of humour and friendship). - The office is very central in London

      Cons

      -Company is growing very quickly so many aspects of the business are not clearly established yet, with an emphasis on the word yet. -Limited hard skills to develop but excellent job to develop your soft skills.

      Pros

      Fast-paced, good compensation, you get given new responsibilities very quickly. The company really feels like it's going somewhere

      Cons

      AlphaSights suffers from the usual growing pains of a new company which is growing so fast. Things keep changing and some of the support tools are in very early stages

      - Projects span all industries, thus you learn a ton and it is difficult to get bored - Fun, energetic environment - A fast growing company (seems hard to find these days) - Great out-of-office activities and events - Inspiring founders and senior management - Full transparency from day one - There are no secrets with company objectives or strategy

      Cons

      - Fast pace, high-pressure. A con if you are looking to just put in hours and go home - Growing pains. Company is expanding so fast
