      Pros

      Fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are given a lot of responsibility from the start--very hands on learning. Ability to work with clients within 6 months. A young and growing company. Great company culture and values.

      Cons

      Long hours but the work is very interesting so the day flies by!

      Each day at AlphaSights presents the opportunity to make a real impact-- not only can you see how your work drives the company's bottom line but there are endless opportunities for idea creation and implementation.

      Cons

      AlphaSights is a relatively young company so although it has a very collegial atmosphere, there are few leaders in senior positions with extensive career history to offer career advice.

      - Always busy with many distinctive and interesting projects to work on. - Multi-industry exposure very early on and great networking opportunity. - Work atmosphere (Hard working people with great sense of humour and friendship). - The office is very central in London

      Cons

      -Company is growing very quickly so many aspects of the business are not clearly established yet, with an emphasis on the word yet. -Limited hard skills to develop but excellent job to develop your soft skills.
