      Ok place to start, but don't plan on it being your roots for your career

      the people that work with you are very smart and usually very motivated

      Cons

      - managers are promoted within 2 years so many are not at a level/place to manage people properly which often creates a tough environment - expectations are set high and dont change no matter what is going on around you - burnout and turnover are insane and you are expected to roll with the punches and just take over the work no matter what

      - Develop skillset to run a business / unmatched career advancement - Get a seat at the table in a leadership position - High expectations but very high autonomy - Believe in senior leadership - People-first organization (the people are amazing and core to our business strategy)

      - There were a lot of changes in 2023 given the macro-environment that we're now adjusted to, but required resilience from the team
