Pros

I work for GSK and I am involved heavily in working with Alphanumeric employees

Cons

They do not treat their employees well. I am very surprised why GSK is still involved with contract negotiations in the help lounge and other areas that Alpha is involved.

It's a good place to work, everyone is friendly and great partners to work

Cons

Company doesn't enforce business workflow and processes and most of the times everyone is lost or skipping steps to achieve something.
