Pros
I enjoyed working at Alpine greatly, banking is just not for me personally. Our branch was full of really great, hard working people and had the opportunity to move into a personal banking role pretty quickly.
Cons
I felt the medical insurance was higher than most other employers. Our branch was one of the busiest branches for the entire bank and unfortunately always felt understaffed.
