Very involved in the community, they care about employees and community members. They really try to understand customer needs and do what they can to help. People matter the most. They go above and beyond to do what's right and ethical for customers.

Cons

They do not invest in processes or technology to become more efficient. Processes are disorganized, there's little accountability for mistakes. Very little development of employees.
