Positive work environment, great benefits, 3 weeks vacation after a year, wellness bucks, decent pay raises, paid holidays, no nights or Sundays and only a couple of short Saturday shifts a month, Christmas bonuses, Anniversary and Birthday gift cards and oh what a Christmas party they treat us to. The Management respects and appreciates us and lets us know on a regular basis.

Cons

I do not take the insurance as I have it through my husbands company. I have ZERO negative comments! My first year has been wonderful.

Employee appreciation week is nice, annual bonuses and paid volunteer time

Cons

Health insurance is terrible and very expensive. Would rather have better insurance than employee appreciation week.
