      Pros

      Work life balance Managers want you to be successful Great Benefits I worked at a small family run company acquired by Alpine in 2022 and have enjoyed the transition. I still feel like I’m working for a small company that cares about its employees while having more resources to execute my job more effectively. With my first year now behind me, I can see myself staying and growing with Alpine long into the future.

      A lot of Nepotism

      Decent pay, if you negotiate. Room to grow, if you are a favored employee. There are not many pros in all honesty.

      Cons

      The work atmosphere is very unfriendly for an outsider I do not recommend working here. Located in an industrial park.
