      Pros

      Great Company to work for. During my 10 years I have worked with some of the best people at Alpine Power Systems. It is fast paced and you need to be able to multi task. The management does listen to the employees This company has great things to offer its employees. Best of all, one person easily has the ability to make a noticeable impact on the company; new ideas are welcomed and often implemented.

      Cons

      Unclear positions some times titles get confused with job duties

      Pros

      Great place to work and grow into a career with supportive Management team. Management believes in continuous improvement and supports new investments. Great work/life balance. Sound business model with opportunity to grow.

      There are no cons with this company. Truly a d great organization to work for.

      Pros

      Very innovative company in a slow moving industry. Owners really invest in there employees to make sure everyone succeeds.

      Cons

      How Vacation Time Is Determined, but this is currently being worked out.
