      They continue to invest in the company to improve processes through automation. High quality employees who share in the goal of continued improvement. Large enough to provide the resources necessary to grow and prosper, yet small enough for every employee to be heard. Tremendous leadership.

      Change can be challenging for some. It is important that everyone take advantage of training that is available.
