Decent pay, if you negotiate. Room to grow, if you are a favored employee. There are not many pros in all honesty.

Cons

The work atmosphere is very unfriendly for an outsider I do not recommend working here. Located in an industrial park.

Pros

Alpine Power Systems Inc. is a great company to work for. A family owned company that believes in supporting their associates and encouraging them toward continued improvement. It is very fast paced and you have to be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, but they are really good about rewarding hard work and dedication to the team.

Cons

Positions are not clearly outlined and communication between management and associates could be better.

Great Company to work for. During my 10 years I have worked with some of the best people at Alpine Power Systems. It is fast paced and you need to be able to multi task. The management does listen to the employees This company has great things to offer its employees. Best of all, one person easily has the ability to make a noticeable impact on the company; new ideas are welcomed and often implemented.

Unclear positions some times titles get confused with job duties
