Competitive pay. Top tier benefits, excellent vacation package, paid maternity leave, management that listens, defined schedule, lots of room for growth, excellent training.
Cons
You’ll always be confined to the 8-5, M-F work schedule. (I know it’s not really a con but for someone who wants to be as flexible as I need to be it’s a con. It’s a great company, I just HAD to put something here).
