Pros

Al Glick was a generous CEO that routinely gave bonuses in gratitude to employees for the success of the business and enduring challenging times. I know nothing about the current CEO, Randy Glick. Benefits are abundant with options tailored to your healthcare needs and situation. The work is interesting with plenty of opportunities for innovating solutions to assist in workflow and streamlining complex work. Company culture is admirable with a focus on providing quality service to customers while impressing a positive experience. I enjoy seeing their trucks around town.

Cons

During my time here, I personally experienced the environment as tense, uptight, and at times toxic. The company emphasizes Teamwork in their job postings, but in practice, I often felt this translated into rigid rules and enforced conformity rather than genuine collaboration. Communication, in my view, could be unprofessional at times, with interactions that felt more like being snapped at than supported. I also felt that seeking guidance from multiple colleagues created unnecessary conflict and even led to what I considered an unreasonable write-up. Although I developed tools and processes that I believed saved significant time (spreadsheets, VBA scripting, and invoice automation), my impression was that these contributions weren’t valued or acknowledged as teamwork. Instead, what I saw as “teamwork” often felt like following repetitive, inefficient steps, applied inconsistently depending on who was involved. Regarding Integrity, my personal impression was that favoritism shaped the workplace culture. To me, it seemed that certain employees enjoyed more flexibility and open access to management, while others—including myself—were treated more strictly. I often felt deprioritized and overlooked, which created the impression that contributions weren’t equally valued. Overall, I left with the sense that innovation and individual effort were not appreciated, and that the culture encouraged conformity and favoritism over true collaboration and fairness.
