Pros

Hire through a temporary agency on part time, temporary basis. Hours at Alro were very flexible, the location was in good proximity to my home (5 minutes travel time); male dominated industry with a great staff. The work environment was casual but professional. The job duties were simple and routine. Good place to work!

Cons

The ladies bathroom could use a face lift. The salary was adequate for the type of work load you are expected to perform.

Pros

The health insurance is good, and many of the people working there are great.

Cons

Incompetent management, cronyism and favoritism, a complete lack of flexibility or common sense in dealing with employees, no vacation time for your first year, forced overtime, extremely stressful work environment. The company expects employees to put their work before everything else, while treating them with an utter lack of respect and dignity. Working here was a nightmare.
