Fairly good pay rate. Fair insurance.

Cons

Mandatory over time. Suppose to be 2:30pm till 10 pm. Almost always go off after 1pm. Managers run the place like a football team not a warehouse. Too many temps running around with little or improper training. Always having O.S.H.A. reportable injuries. No room for real growth here

Well organized and managed in Bolingbrook, IL branch. Decent pay and lots of time money effort put into training new employees well.

Cons

Not flexible, expected to put work before loved ones. Young management is headstrong, doesn't always listen well and difficult to compromise with.
