Pros

It pays pretty good. Especially with all the overtime, you will have no problem bringing in $700+ checks easy

Cons

Expect to work an average of 55 hours a week. The money is only worth it if you don't plan on living a normal life anymore. Supervisors really like to bust your chops even if your doing a good job. They believe in negative reinforcement and that just doesn't work for everyone, and it rubs people off the wrong way.

Pros

Learn how to do every single office ability/requirement. Get to teach superiors how to use simple programs such as Microsoft Excell and even Word! Also get to be the unofficial IT department tasked with complicated items that management can't fathom such as 'how to change toner cartridges' or the ever imposing 'paper jam'.

Cons

Must preform management level tasks at a mere fraction of management personnel pay. Sometimes required to preform tasks you are not 'authorized' to preform due to your meager hierarchy status, then condemned for 'overstepping' by same management personnel that required you to do that task in the first place. Good times.
