- Will overwork you til your last straw. SO much turnover in every single job position due to management's poor judgements. - Don't really care about the clients. Made a branch-wide competition in December to see which branch can have the least amount of discharges in an attempt to save the company money during tax and insurance rollovers, not because of client care. - LD is the most narcissistic, egotistical, and discriminatory I have ever met. Does not care about anyone but themself and will time and time again blame others for LD's consistent downfalls, lack of knowledge, respect, and organization. No clue how they became PD. A college graduate could do a better job. Extremely negligent in all that they do and constantly lied to both employees and clients. - Blame will always fall onto the direct care staff or the lower level clinicians no matter what the circumstance. - Very little room to move up in company; even if you do, you might get fired within a few months of the promotion. (Happened twice)
