      Location and office hours are decent. Benefits were excellent

      Cons

      Toxic! workplace bullying is everywhere. When you bring it to your managers attention, you get blindsided with being fired. Suggestions for improvement and ideas are ignored. Safety is ignored. No consistency for how clients are to be treated. Huge amount of turnover in several departments. Poor management. Blatant preferential treatment of certain employees. Didn’t invest in valuable employees. Hundreds of hours of overtime during the busy season and no recognition for it. No bonuses either. Lack of training, outdated programs and systems. Move out of the last century.

      Good benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      Unfair treatment of employees. Lots of preferential treatment. Inconsistency in policies. Does not foster open communiation. If you complaint to manager or HR it can get you fired.
