      Good benefits for full time employees.

      Cons

      Unfair treatment of employees. Lots of preferential treatment. Inconsistency in policies. Does not foster open communiation. If you complaint to manager or HR it can get you fired.

      Boring shift work with extra hours you don't get paid for

      Cons

      Poor management, too many levels of management. I was 8th person to leave a team of about 12 in one single year. Turnover is brutal.
