Pros

Remote work for some teams Some teams have good morale (mine did NOT) Good entry level office work

Cons

Most teams only have a few long term employees, generally they are people who work off the phones or are leaders. Reason being is they do not offer any incentives to stay long term. Pay only slightly bumps year over year, you'll get a 20 cent raise for nearly perfect performance only for a new hire to make 2 or 3 dollars more than you. HR admitted they do this to "bring in new talent" and it's "common practice ". I was there for 4 years collectively to make less than brand new people on my team. I looked into their own documentation for leaders and raises "out of cycle" are possible but rare and the leaders do NOT care. So pay itself is the biggest issue. They will not pay you to keep you, only to onboard you. Other issues, the teams are segmented you could have a completely different job and experience on a different team. (Excluding company wide pay issue..I'm told only sales makes more) with this segmented type of structure, if you have poor management, there's no other checks and balances. There's HR who doesn't help. If you try to switch to a different team, your current manager has to approve it. They will push you out of there. It's largely a popularity contest. If you anger the wrong person you are stuck. With this issue as well if you wanted to move up or try a different role, again you could be stuck if they DO like you and don't want you to leave. Since it's near constantly new people, many teams have a lot of confusion, poor organization and communication. Morale sucks, there's not really much benefit to working there if it's low pay, not fun, and no little perks. You even have to pay for your parking and often walk 5 minutes from a far away lot.
