      Pros

      The people are the best, great culture driven from the top down. Nice facilities and a fast paced growing environment. Many opportunities for advancement for those who work for them.

      Cons

      Pay is below market for many roles, but the pro's really outweigh this con. Some teams do not have enough people to handle the workload.

      Flexibility with schedules, benefits offered to full time employees

      Cons

      pay rate is much lower than other call centers, it appears as employees are warm bodies that are replaceable, not people. Higher management is all about money and although there are random acts of kindness, employees are left in the back burner a lot.
