      It is a non-voice LOB. Although, outbound calls are sometimes needed.

      - Pay disputes are common. They are usually left unresolved. - They do not provide the tools needed for the job (some share tool access with friends. Others use Slack to chat with someone who has access - the waiting time painfully affects AHT) - SMEs here are usually irate and unprofessional - The Job Offer says EMAIL CSR... But the reality is it's CHAT SUPPORT. Very misleading - The HMO is only for clinics - They give the company clearance and final pay too late (it took around 6 months). Not to mention the tedious process to get them. It seems they do not want to provide them at all.
