      Small enough organization to have direct contact with owner. Receptive to ideas and ways to improve the organization and increase revenue. Treats employees well, provides feedback, training, and opportunities to succeed. Good on site leadership team and HR department. Flexible work hours for those attending school. Will hire for entry level position applicants with little or no relevant work experience.

      Cons

      Some clients micro-manage day to day details which can result in employee dissatisfaction. Trade off of less competitive pay for schedule flexibility.

      Met some nice people that sat next to me. Very encouraging while the management was not.

      Cons

      Extremely negative environment. There is a lot of encouragement while in training but once you are on your own, you are on your own.
