      The CEO makes himself present.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership training has negatively affected the managment team for each program. High turnover, low pay, and team leaders are never recognized for their achievements.

      Met some friendly people. Former managers/co-workers provided good references. Completed six sigma green belt training through company.

      Cons

      Low pay, unfulfilling/terrible work, employees with experience (in general, and on the team) passed up for lead positions for outside candidates, managers not doing much to have your back (just apologizing/saying they have your back, but not doing anything to improve your situation), all good team members leave for better jobs. PTO is a hassle.
