Good job, great co-workers, unclear expectations
Pros
Great co-workers! Fairly flexible with scheduling, depending on your team leader. Decent pay for relatively easy work. Free doughnut Fridays! Team leaders will stand up for their teams especially in odd, emergency scheduling situations and taking it upon themselves to help boost morale!
Cons
Once you are on a certain schedule, no matter how bad, you are essentially stuck with it until the busy season. Very unclear and constantly changing expectations on "quality" leave you chasing a unicorn to achieve more than just barely acceptable scores. Parking during big program ramp ups is a nightmare unless you are chosen to be one of the lucky few who are assigned a parking spot near the building! (Winter walks from your car get VERY cold!) Most positions are temporary and moving into a leadership position tends to be less focused on the ability to do the position they are offered and more on the time with the company as a whole.
