Some people are great, great way to start and grow, sometimes there is pizza, work from home options

Low pay, benefits aren’t great, incentives are low, hard to get full time, high turnover, management can micromanage & say one thing but do another

Flexible, easy, and I worked with a great team. Leadership was transparent and didn't hide when things were getting bad.

Cons

If you are efficient, you'll be asked to do more and get no reward other than an attaboy. I was extremely surprised by how little some people could get away with.
