Culture was great, people are friendly from Admin to Leaders

Cons

Disappointing changes as they cannot manage bigger employee size, it was fun before, several engagement activities, quarterly corporate items, free flu vaccine for employees + discounted for dependents etc, management are now focused on their bonuses rather than really giving benefits/incentive to the employees
