Pros

I really appreciated my team. For the most part everyone really tried their best while we were in the trenches together

Cons

Every single thing about this company is a CON. Stay as far away as possible. You are basically selling yourself to the devil if you work here. If you’re salaried - you’ll be told “you’re free to them” after 40 hours. Meaning they expect you to work all day everyday because they cut payroll for everyone else. The company says they are “people focused” but they literally do not care about their people at all. Not only are the expectations totally unrealistic but they cut everyone’s pay! How are you expecting your people to do the same job for less pay. Not only did they cut everyone’s pay but they're also cutting everyone’s hours. So you’re expected to run around and do it all yourself while making less money. All while being reminded that “you’re free to them.” They do not care about a work life balance. Oh & God forbid you miss one customer - you’ll loose your job bc you failed a mystery shop. The VPs are nasty & give off major “mean girl vibes.” During a VP visit - 1 of them was making fun of one of the employees. Mimicking her and poking fun about how she was kind of quiet. Meanwhile this girl had only worked there 2 days and was still training. What VP acts like that? I was recruited to work at this company and it is honestly the worst decision I made in my career. They will sell you a perfect picture and make it out to be the best place ever and such a “caring Christian company” but they are literally the worst. I hope everyone considering working here reads these reviews and takes them into consideration. I read some reviews before accepting the offer and thought people were just over exaggerating but WE ARE NOT! Everything everyone has said is 10000% true and I’m still traumatized.

Pros

The discount, but good luck even being able to wear anything you buy.

Cons

Overworked employees, 9-10 hour shifts with no breaks, one person coverage for half a day, low pay for high expectations, horrible treatment from top to bottom.
