The discount. That is genuinely it.

Cons

Quite literally everything. Management was horrible. Zero training, gossiping, and no support. Insanely high expectations in all areas- especially with secret shops. The only reason I continued to put up with working here was for the pay, which they cut company wide. Unless you want to be treated horribly, be micromanaged every shift, and experience extreme burnout all for (practically) minimum wage, do. not. work. here.
