Altar'd State reviews

I’ve worked for 10+ retail locations since high school and Altar’d State, by far, has the most unprofessional, unfriendly district and visual leaders… yet they get promoted? Interesting.

Some of my favorite store leaders have left due to the pay cuts We are expected to put forth an incredibly high level of effort throughout your whole shift (I used to think the pay was worth this effort but I’m no longer getting payed enough for the expectations to be realistic) Managers are told to schedule less people and then are constantly asking people to come in last minute It seems impossible to meet all expectations and requirements and there is a fear of making mistakes
