Pros

Good discounts for employees but that’s all.

Cons

Schedule changed same day without any words of a change. Scheduling employees on the days they have classes. They only care about money, not you as an employee. They hire people on a more attractive role with a more attractive salary and then they have to go down a role to a lesser pay. If you fail one of the secret shoppers the district managers will be there the next day and they don’t care what you have to say.

employee discount is the only pro

Cons

forced to push sales but don’t receive commission managers are very insecure and take their anger out on employees sales come before the customer retaliation against employees who stand up for themselves
