Bad Work Culture & Managers

- Good hourly pay at 16/hr

Cons

- Horrible management, never resolving issues and making the associates do their job duties plus their own when they are getting paid 4x more to do it - Bad culture, all managers talk badly about the associates and other managers - Company "values" aren't truly followed in the store as employees talk horribly about customers in the store - Higher-up management doesn't listen to serious concerns about the manager's actions in the store - Serious situations are dealt with a slap on the wrist
