Pros
If you worked there during COVID everything is WFH, and it still is which is good if you're going to college and trying to pay bills. The Management is like everyone else, just trying to do their job. They also have a cool employee reward system that basically gives you free money if you accumulate enough Stars.
Cons
You can find your self saying the same things everyday which can be annoying but its like every other job. You will interact with rude, intoxicated, and impatient volunteers which is also like any other customer service job.
