Most floor staff are honest and great to work with.

Cons

1. Upper management hires all her family and CEO allows it. 2. Upper management favors certain staff with extra incentives. 3. Management in Canada need to really look at what the problems are in Overland Park if they want business to grow. They need to clean house and it starts at the top. Stop letting the local management lead by fear and intimidation. 4. Monitor your staff who live locally and work remotely. You will be surprised at how little they really work. 5. The entire building needs to talk less about other area clinics and internal staff. Your staff will work better if you stop bad mouthing them and start being thankful for them. 6. Management needs to stop blocking people from advancement. Not everyone should have to sleep their way to the top to get advanced.
